ABUJA, 2 September 2026 — Governor Hope Uzodimma of Imo State, Director-General of the Renewed Hope Ambassadors and Secretary of the Presidential Campaign Council, on Tuesday received members of the Renewed Hope Agenda teams in Abuja.
The meeting reviewed work already done across the country and agreed on a tighter plan to explain President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s record and prepare for the 2027 election.
Among those received were former Senate President Anyim Pius Anyim, former Governor of Katsina State Aminu Bello Masari, Honourable Abiodun Bolade, popularly known as Abbey Governor, and other experts who have taken part in the zonal tours.
Honourable Bolade, co-convener of Tinubu New Media (TNM), told the meeting how TNM has partnered with Renewed Hope Media (RHM) to take the President’s projects to the public in a clear and organised way. He said the partnership was built so that what is seen on site during the regional tours is also shown on digital platforms, in short videos, photographs, field reports and simple explainers that ordinary readers can follow.
According to him, TNM and RHM work from the same record: roads, airports, hospitals, schools, security support, hospitality and tourism sites, local-content factories, and new work in artificial intelligence and robotics. While the Renewed Hope media tour moves from region to region to see and touch the projects, TNM packages the same evidence for online audiences. RHM supplies the official tour material and project facts.
TNM turns those facts into content that can travel quickly across states and among young users. The aim, he said, is one story, many channels, no confusion.
Governor Uzodimma said Imo’s support for the President is practical. The state has put money into an AI and digital skills centre, youth training in robotics and related fields, and modern hospital equipment, including robotic care. He said those investments became possible because federal reforms improved what states receive and what they can build. The same pattern, he added, is visible in other regions: stalled roads are moving again; health and school facilities are being upgraded; and communities can now point to work they can touch.
Dr Sunday Dare, Special Adviser to the President on Media and Public Communication, also attended. The team reviewed field reports and footage from the tours and from the TNM–RHM partnership, showing how the work should be presented in simple language.
The agreed strategy for 2027 is to put more effort into that method: inspect the projects in every region, publish what was seen, and keep the Renewed Hope Agenda in front of the public. Governor Uzodimma said the Ambassadors remain the President’s standing structure for that task. The campaign council will run the election work. TNM and RHM will keep carrying the pictures and the facts to the people.
He described President Tinubu’s programme as a plan to rebuild the country through infrastructure, security, local production, technology and human capital. The message from Abuja is that the next phase is not a new story. It is a stronger effort to let Nigerians see the work already on the ground and to organise support for a second term on that basis.
